The Fine Print
This e-ticket features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. This e-ticket must be presented upon arrival at the event. It can only be used on the day of the event. All payments are non-refundable and non-amendable. The price includes entrance to the event and the food and drink listed. All additionals are to be purchased separately. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
Make Sure You Have The Right Tickets
Please ensure you have purchased the correct number of adult and children's tickets (under 12s). Under 2s are complimentary, but we need to know how many will attend the event, as the venue has a capped capacity. Please email meetings.cardiff@futureinns.co.uk with the full name you booked the tickets in and the reference number.
